This manor house converted into a farmhouse in 1993, was completely renovated in 2015 and 2016. It consists of a central building arranged over two levels with main facilities and rooms and a secondary unit located next to it with rooms. Some apartments are located in the heart of Alberese, about 3 km away (see Le Due Ruote). The main complex has a swimming pool with a sun terrace equipped with parasols and sun loungers. It includes a reception, a reading room and a TV room with a fireplace, a shared kitchen and "Barakkina", which sells typical local products. A bike rental service is also available, not included in the price and subject to availability. Sports lovers can practice hiking, horseback riding, boating, fishing and archery, about 5 km away.
